At this residence we changed out all the windows and doors, updating the visual appearance of the home, as well as providing hurricane protection, using impact glass. The project started as minimal wood rot repair, and progressed to window replacement, by the end of the project, we re-framed & re-sided 2/3 of the exterior due to water intrusion and wood rot in the framing, the original windows were not flashed during construction. We added this beautiful second floor tiled deck, and added new doors from upstairs bedrooms to the deck, the view from the new deck is amazing! This is the short version of the work done to this residence, new windows, framing replaced, siding replaced, all new upper deck, expanded lower concrete porch, new lower porch railings, new metal roofing on half round roof, new skylights and roof reconfiguration, exterior painting, new garage doors, new spray foam insulation in crawl space basement area, new floating stainless vents, and more….
